Went here on a Monday night, not a holiday or anything and not too busy.
Got a table overlooking the lake which was very pleasant. Ordered a drink and meals at the bar, our starter came reasonably quickly and then we waited ages, no-one came near us. Eventually went up to bar told would be 5 - 10 minutes max. Waited again for about 15 minutes and were then told it was on its way. Food eventually appeared after over an hours wait. Offered some sort of apology but no compensation, free drink or whatever.
The food was ok. Wouldn't go back.
