        The site has failed to reopen it's front desk since COVID in any meaningful way, it's hard to reach the sorting office via public transport on the timings 0800-1000. I feel this discriminates local people who do not have their own transport however royal mail only care about profits and not people or service the redelivery service takes at least 48 hours which is also unacceptable. Overall the staff are brilliant the company less so

        Shocking service, blatantly ignored delivery instruction to leave in the porch so I now have to collect from the depot. Depot opening times are absolutely ridiculous, may as well stay closed if youre only going to open form 8-10am.

        Awful opening times. Completely unacceptable that the depot has had 8am-10am opening times for years now. Even though there are staff in there all day. Cannot phone a real person. I even set my delivery to delivery to the bike shop next door if Im not in, never happens. Royal mail are now the worst delivery firm in the UK. Such a shame.
