        All the staff at Bagot opticians are lovely and friendly. However, I think Mrs Bagot deserves a special mention. What a wonderful lady, she really does go above and beyond, with a mix of a thorough examination, interpreting results in an easy to understand way and under-pinning everything she does is her care and kindness towards her clients.         Excellent opticians. My daughter can be quite nervous at her appointment but Mrs Bagot is always wonderful with her and puts her completely at ease. Excellent, helpful & friendly reception staff. It is a family run business and they truly care about their customers and the local community.

        Visited Bagot Opticians in Windermere today for diagnosis for an eye infection - yuk, I know! What lovely people they are, so helpful and really understanding. Roopa in particular was great and very thorough. Highly recommend.
