We cannot speak too highly of the service provided by Matthews Benjamin Fine and Country. From initial consultation to sale completion we were always kept advised of progress. The brochure was simply superb and will be a treasured reminder of our home. Testimony to the marketing of our property was the fact an offer was made for the full asking price within a week. From our initial contact through to contract completion, Fine and Country Lake District could not put a foot wrong. The the brochure write-up and photography were works of art and presented the house in its very best light. Perhaps more importantly, it did not overstate the facts so that viewing the real thing was not a disappointment. They achieved for us a higher selling price than any other agent had forecast or we had ever expected. The team members are helpful, friendly and very professional. My wife and I think they are all brilliant.
