        Poorly located on Google Maps; charged 25 for cleaning on a room rate of 67. Room was okay, but no reception, no staff, no kitchen. Very bare-bones. On the positive side, when one of the other guests tripped off the fire alarm, a manager did turn up within 10 minutes to resolve the issue. Also, the lights and electrical outlets were decent and the bed was good too.

        Absolutely appalled! We booked via Lastminute.com to enjoy a final night away before my boyfriend went away for a month. We get there to find no way of getting in! We had no code, the booking confirmation we assumed was correct was in fact NOT the code to get in the front door! Luckily a couple next to us told us that they had been given their room number and codes via TEXT! The same text that we did not get.... if it werent for them we wouldve gone crazy waiting outside. We tried calling the number a minimum of 15 times... No answer. We eventually book somewhere for double the price. Shocking there is no way to contact ANYONE, especially should there be an emergency. We lodged a complaint straight away through Last Minute and have STILL heard nothing. Really dislike complaints but felt this one was needed. Such a poor service and no one to speak to about it.
