Had to put one star to leave a review. Ordered a bouquet ,3 weeks ago online for an anniversary . Flowers havent been delivered , no contact from the owner . Been trying to phone to speak to someone all day...no luck at all. Very disappointed. I have still not been contacted about a refund or why bouquet was not delivered .Been trying to contact owner since September...it is now November !

Ordered flowers online to be delivered mid September. Payment was taken. Flowers did not arrive. Was promised refund. No refund received. Can't get in touch: their website, email and phone not working. What do I do now???
