Professional from start to finish. I would not hesitate to recommend Zebra Dental Practice. I needed treatment for a couple of teeth. The booking staff at reception was very good and got me an appointment asap. Jamil my dentist for the visit could not have been more friendly, reassured me that if more anesthetic is needed for the pain just put your hand up as i have very sensitive teeth. He would not continue until i was happy and 'numbed up'. Very modern and clean surgery. Staff friendly and pleasant to talk with. I would be happy to attend again if i need more treatment.

Hopeless appointment system. Totally inflexible including payment dates. Dental Plans are pointless - could never get a convenient appointment (having to wait months). Over priced Aesthetic Treatments - more than London. I have now cancelled my Plan and gone elsewhere. Best of luck to any new or current Patients - you will need it.

The 2 Dentists; Ollie and Dr Noor are very friendly, helpful and professional. However, the Dental Plan / DD Payment method is very inflexible and NOT negotiable at all. Also, Reception Staff do not seem bothered about Patient concerns raised. As a result of these things, I have now cancelled my Plan and DD set up and wouldn't recommend this Practice if you are looking for flexibility. Zebra Dental needs to improve some practice policies, particularly in payment methods and offering more flexibility / meet the needs of ALL Patients. Thankfully, I have now registered with another Practice that meets ALL my Patient needs.
