Moved to the are 9 months ago. Had 2 appointments in one day, WHY!!!! . All because he did not want to discuss my other problem,so 7 hrs later, same doctor but missed call as they don't give you a time like my other surgery which was cheshire.... also was not listening.. RECEPTIONIST on the other hand is unconsiderate, ubrupt, do not listen even though its there job to help,, (even though I'm crying as its all frustrating and I need help ) and have no communication skills with people..what hurt the most is the smirky comments and the whispering like two faced people do..extremely unpleasant feeling you get of these women. pretty nasty disgusting behaviour. I'm just appalled at this surgery its shocking behaviour.....be warned!!

Avoid, blood test was taken incorrectly, had pain in my arm for 3 days. I specifically asked the nurse: "Did you take enough blood?" "Yes, don't worry". Two days later They ring that she didn't and can I come in again. She shaved multiple patches of my hair and than told me the machine does not work cause of the battery not beeing charged. Last 13 years I have paid thousand of pounds in National Insurance and end up going private in Manchester or back home since it cheaper and better. Also taxi medical 140 pounds, few years ago was 30 pounds for a stamp. Thieves They are not here to help you, I know more about homrmones and neurotransmitter by know, sacrilege.

Karen on the admin team is very helpful and polite. They are busy but they help as well as they can. I have moved now, but feel lucky to have had such good service while I lived locally. Thank you.

Here to complain about one little thing: though I will say this all comes from quite a while back. Came here a few years ago for an excruciating pain in my wrist and was told it was because of a ganglion cyst and that I should just take paracetamol for the pain. The main reason I want to complain is that I now have a lot of pain in BOTH of my wrists because it was definitely not a ganglion, but instead repetitive strain injury which I have actually been worsening over time due to incorrect advice. I will point out, I probably should have sought a second opinion.. but at 18 I didn't know better and its not like its easy to get GP appointments anyway. Now upon looking at any videos or photos or real life examples of a ganglion cyst, I honestly don't know how this conclusion was drawn in the first place when I clearly showed none of the signs. Pros: The pharmacy being right there is supeerrr practical. From what I remember the overall booking system was pretty well organised, though this may have changed since COVID-19 (read other reviews for that info).
