Golden Mountain

We first called in after looking at the reviews on this quaint little restaurant on the highstreet. Got some really nice reviews compared to another Chinese restaurant that was near there. Although their wasn't enough room at the time, due to being only bring a small restaurant. We were asked to come back an hour later. Which we did! They found us a nice little table with leg room. We didn't order a starter. Only a main course & just sparkling water. The service was good & the meal was lovely. The bill was reasonably priced for what we ordered just under 35 !

Currently not serving alcohol and cash only, although you can take your own booze. Small and not many tables but offers takeaway as well. Food was lovely, no complaints in that department. Young ladies waiting on clearly learning the craft but were attentive and polite. Could do with blinds/curtains on the windows and lacking in atmosphere. Room for improvements but got the basics right.
