        What a lovely cottage and beautiful garden setting. Adrian and Heather welcomed us from the first day along with the cuddly Hamish sporting his coronation bow-tie. Room was comfortable and clean, great breakfast with plenty of choice. Location was great as only a 5 min walk into bowness. Fully recommended and hopefully we will return again.

        No faults what so ever! Absolutely deserves 5' Very welcoming friendly & helpful hosts, including the little fella (dog) Really enjoyed our stay here cosey room, fabulous full English breakfast that was cooked to perfection along with delicious coffeegood night sleep perfect location literally 5-10mins walk into the town centre! Everything was just perfect THANK YOU!!! me and my husband would definitely come back to you guys again!! You were both amazing

        Fabulous 2 night stay in this beautiful cottage only 5 minutes walk to all the shops & bars. The waterfall in the back garden is awesome. Adrian & Heather wonderful hosts and make you feel right at ease. Plenty of choice at breakfast and the cooked breakfast and homemade jams and marmalades were delicious. We would definitely recommend this cottage if you were visiting Windermere and we looking forward to returning as soon as we can.
