This is a guesthouse in Winderemere, in the United Kingdom that houses a very well respected retired chartered accountant named David M-a-l-o-n-e-y. I was here for 4 nights. Overall it was a wonderful stay, but the clientele was very strange. Just waiting in the lobby with David as he used some extraordinarily good machines to make drugs for his guests, I met someone from America, China, Switzerland, just the 1st day. The guy from America identified himself as "The Mystery Man" and asked me if a John had some receipt wrong to me. Later on around dinner time there was an 85 year old woman who came storming out of her room swearing at David. Disgusting! He retaliated by giving her a choice to wash her mouth out, or stuff something up her. Needless to say she quickly retreated to her room. The phone in my room was also ringing nonstop! I spoke to a Dr. Chattanooga, Alaska, a man in Oklahoma, and a lady in Cornwall in the southern part of England. I offered to help David so we got onto the British tellycom service, but they seemed not to be able to do anything about it at all. On the last day, we even got a visit from a detention officer from Barnstable who kept accusing David of making calls to the police station. Other than all of this, it was a truly great stay. I felt bad for David, every day he went to go get his coffee and newspaper in his motorcar, he told me about another one of his neighbors giving him dirty looks. He had no idea why. I took some souvenir Rice Krispies off the floor to remember my stay. Way better than my time in the Walnut jail.
