Excellent as always lady on reception very nice and help full the room was spot less even met the boss of hotel even offered us a lift to town and told us to cancel taxi nice gesture me and my wife go all the time breakfast is best Ive had all staff clean and respectful will do Any thing to accommodate you take no notice to the bad reviews just people been picky and looking for issues keep up the good work guys see you soon Rooms: Excellent value and clean

An amazing love cabin, mod cons galore even if your not tech savvy easy to use. Our own cabin with it's own entrance. A hammam style bathroom, with double sinks and a lazy area with a TV to watch. A very relaxing steam room and showers. Led mood lighting in every room. Large smart TV on the wall opposite a round lounger. On the decking is a large sauna tub. The breakfast was brought by three members of the team, which was really really nice. The only thing that needs to be sorted isn't no biggie but the curtains need to either be on rails or poles as curtain hooks just don't cut it for five stars. A twenty minute leisurely walk down to lake windermere so perfect location. The guy on reception was really welcoming and extremy friendly so it started really good. We will be back but will try another room, as they have different features.
