        Absolutely loved our stay at Brook House.. Liz & her husband could not have been more welcoming,attentive & kind. House & rooms were spotlessly clean.. Real flexibility on breakfast times.. Plenty of tea,coffee, toast,cereals,juices,jams & marmalades to choose from.. ..and the full English!..gorgeous! The sausages & bacon were especially tasty..sourced from a nearby farm. There's a parking area connected to the house which we found so handy in a busy little village like windermere.. We also enjoyed sitting with a cuppa outside the house after all our daily walking.. Thankyou so much for a wonderful stay... We definitely recommend highly..we'll be back. xx

        Great Location, hosts Liz and Graham couldn't make us feel more welcome,Graham's breakfasts are amazing,locally sourced produce was lovely, Liz was an amazing host so friendly and chatty, as it was our first time staying in Windermere Lizs booklets walks from the door were excellent to explore beautiful places, we will definitely be visiting again as could not fault it in anyway
