Lost my parcel. I arrived to collect my parcel three days before the stipulated deadline for collection and was rudely told I took too long to collect it and should have come immediately, so theyd sent it back. I was away so could not collect the parcel right away and nonetheless arrived before the deadline Evri gave me. Manager told me he gave the parcel back to the carrier but it has not been returned to the sender and not in the system of the carrier, still marked as delivered. Completely irresponsible and unprofessional. Dont get your parcels delivered here.

They make you use cash to top up electric/gas and then inspect ever note been a regular customer for years never happened before lady serving needs retraining also dont credit the energy vouchers breaking pay points rules
