I have used Synergy since April 2015 and today, after an abrupt email conversation, I am most likely going to find a new solution. I submitted a trouble ticket and received the response that they could not provide one on one support. my reply was that I am not concerned with one to one support. Its not like i am beating down your door for help. I do however want issues addressed. How can you address issues without feedback? Its easy enough to use the form, post a few logs and continue with what I have going on. I don't have time to be posting In forums. I stated that If the above not acceptable then by all means refund my card, I'll either go back to synergy 1 or find another solution. I guess using the support section of the contact form and providing feedback was unacceptable as I was refunded.

2x Windows 7 PRO laptops (dual screen extended desktop) with Synergy basic v1.8.8, 1x USB keyboard and mouse works between the two laptops using either, local IPv4 connection between the two laptops or via remote/bridged OpenVPN IPv4 connection between the two laptops. What I like about this product is it is simple to use and has uncluttered my desk. Just brilliant.
