        3 pairs of well loved shoes, well worn - revitalised like new again! I am delighted with the finish, the cost isnt the cheapest but I am more than happy to pay when the result is excellent! Timpsons are my go to, wont use any other, being using you for years. And the staff are always really sound too!

        Had an item sent off for engraving, was told it would take a week. When I called up to chase it a week later, I was informed they couldnt locate it, they called me back to be told it will arrive the next day and they would call to let me know its ready! When I did not receive the call the next day, I went into the shop in person only to be told by someone else that whoever I spoke to on the phone lied as it was only received for engraving the day before. Thankful Becky was very helpful and ensured me it would be delivered by the Friday that same week.
