AVOID!!! This "pharmacy" never has your prescription ready nor can they find it!! Staff have an attitude problem and extremely unprofessional. It's not our fault you didn't make the doctor's cut!! SHAMBLES!!

Carvedilol: Told to return for other half of medication. When I returned days later still none - chemist told there is a national shortage of medication. NHS 111 and another chemist told me this is a nonsense. Turns out this is a shortage problem for Sainsbury/Lloyds and not other chemists. Finally managed to get some Carvedilol elsewhere after hours of stress and running and ringing around. I can't risk these sorts of confusion, delay and unreliable supply. It is with regret but out of necessity that I will not use this chemist again.

The team at Lloyds Pharmacy Winchmore Hill provide an excellent service not only for me,but my parents as well. We go there on a regular basis because we to the the medicaton need it. They have always tried there best to get what we need,even by contacting the local GP. My father needs looking after and my mum has to be at home to do that. If the med we ordered does come through they would contact us via the telephone to let us know it is there.
