Fiona is amazing. She has rescued me twice this year! First time she saved me from cancelling a trip to Center Parcs as I could hardly move my back was so bad. I still went on the trip and managed to cycle round all within a week of my appointment, amazing! More recently, I pulled my back on my way home from holiday whilst parking to come home. Luckily I had a maintenance appointment booked for the Monday. I hobbled over and was definitely more mobile by the end of my session. Another booked for 4 days later and by the weekend it was like it hadnt happened. Fiona has magic hands!!!

I suffered from very painful plantar fasciitis for a number of months. Fiona was recommended to me and have not looked back since. In a few short sessions the condition has improved immensely with tailored exercise programme. Fiona is a consummate professional combining in depth knowledge with very practical solutions that have had a significantly positive impact on the management of my condition.

I was in pain every time I needed to bend my left leg to put on my socks. My daily swim, once a joy, became impossible, until a friend recommended Fiona as an osteopath and physio. My imagination was running wild, arthritis, knee replacement, no yoga no swimming..Fiona with her magical fingers and clear thinking, swiftly assuaged my fears, and dealt with my swollen hamstring. This process was indeed holistic. Fionas experienced insight led to a far wider focus than my knee. Over only 6 weeks I was given meaningful exercises to practise at home and gradually I managed to realign the whole left side of my body, and heal the hamstring. I especially appreciated her willingness to give me her time, her professional advice and her reassuring manner. I do not hesitate to recommend Fiona wholeheartedly and will definitely make her my first port of call next time I have injuries.

I have now been working with Fiona for 6 months - for both her naturopathy/nutritional advice & osteopathy. I have suffered with gut issues for quite some time so we firstly did a food Intolerence test, to get to the bottom of what kind of foods could be triggering this. Now, after 6 months of watching what I eat and taking the right natural supplements, I am feeling so much better. Alongside this, we are using her osteopathy skills, which have really helped in regards to the stiffness in my neck and shoulders, from the job that I do. I would definitely recommend seeing Fiona, if you are having similar issues which youd like to get to the bottom of. Her warmth made me feel at ease from the start and she genuinely cares about her clients seeing results.

I am so glad to have been introduced to Fiona, she is absolutely amazing! Fiona is passionate about what she does which projects onto her work with clients. Not only is she naturally empathetic but she shows concern for each and every issue youre facing. Fiona helped me a lot and I feel so much better just after 2-3 sessions! Xx
