Sorry its taken so long to write this review. Zee helped us enormously in acquiring our first time buyers mortgage for a house in Feltham. I felt he always advised us appropriately and accurately on the financial products available. His close relationship with well known lenders gave us an edge in solidifying our offer on a property. Estate agents will often try to influence sellers to accept offers from buyers with mortage brokers such as Zee as they are seen as a reputable and predicatable outcome. I will be reaching out to him again for our second property purchase. A broker truly worth his weight in gold.

Absolutely superb level of service! I could not recommend them more and would give more than 5* if I could. Value for money is an understatement. Zee was helpful and professional from the start in arranging our mortgage. He took the time to really get to know us and understand our needs. He explained every step of the process clearly and always explained our options thoroughly. Things were consistently done quickly and efficiently. He was never too busy to answer the phone, answer our questions and reassure us. We never felt like a burden, instead we always felt Zee genuinely wanted to help us get the best deal and feel comfortable with our decisions. He regularly checked in with us to ensure all was progressing smoothly even after the mortgage had been offered and went out of his way to move things along and help us solve issues that arose - and we had a few setbacks on our journey to buying our property which would not have overcome without his help! On top of our mortgage, he also set up some insurance policies which we are very happy with. Tara, who we also dealt with at the start of our application was equally fantastic. She was professional, thorough and excellent at her role. We felt really safe in her hands. Overall we received an excellent service from this company. To be honest, it never really felt like a business we were dealing with as Zee and Tara always made us feel like they just enjoyed helping us out! I can't believe how little we paid when I compare it to the amount of time and quality of service we received from them. Everything arranged on their end went without a hitch! They are highly competent, transparent and trustworthy professionals and I would highly recommend to anyone. Thank you Zee and Tara.
