I'm amazed at the previous reviewers comment. After being 'bullied' into getting a loan to pay 1800 for replacing some guttering, last September (2017) I have been trying for 7 months to get someone to come and repair the leaks. After a number of text exchanges, and promises to come and fix them, no-one ever turned up. Also, the debris (old guttering) from the original work done, was never removed - I had to pay someone else to come and remove it - and now, when I phone the 'head office' number, I've been told to stop calling as nothing is going to happen! I have been entirely polite throughout all my correspondence and have no idea why they won't respond. They still haven't given me the promised '10 year warranty' and I've no receipt other than the bank transfer of funds. I wonder if HMRC would be interested in checking if that's been declared. Avoid at all costs.
