        I recently fell and fractured my wrist, knocked a tooth out and cut my chin... BUT I was far more concerned that I'd landed on a favourite gold necklace that had been handmade for me some years ago and completely ruined .... . Mistress Appleby was recommended to me and my goodness.....how grateful I was!! The pendant had to be completely rebuilt and it has come back to me looking better than ever, having also been thoroughly cleaned. Superb, brilliant good old fashioned customer service from a real genuine craftsman. THANK YOU so very much, you've done a wonderful job and I'm absolutely delighted.
