Homehold Lease Extensions

I would highly recommend using Homeland Services Limited. I used them for a recent lease extension on my flat and they were fantastic. They respond really quickly to any questions and their communication is great they keep you updated on every step of the process. I was really happy with the quick and efficient way they handled everything.

Highly recommended. Homehold managed my lease extension from start to end keeping me informed at every stage with regular scheduled updates. The lease extension process can drag on but this was made clear at the very beginning and i never once had to chase for an update. The team provided a very professional service and were always contactable and able to answer any queries. I'm confident they got me the best deal that i could not have negotiated on my own.

I honestly cannot explain how pleased to have instructed Linz and his team at Homehold to complete the lease extension on our apartment. After having a nightmare experience with a previous company which I will not name as currently in the process of trying to claim back financial losses due to one of their team giving incorrect information which resulted in a deadline date been missed :-( The ironic part is i nearly went with Linz and his team but was put off by the fact Homehold is a fairly new company, so opted for a company that has been around a lot longer. Big mistake. Take my advice, if you are looking for a lease extension go with Homehold. They are simply AMAZING and you will not be disappointed. Communication is second to none. Weekly updates without fail. We have now successfully extended our lease. A team of real professionals that genuinely care about their customers. THANK YOU SO MUCH! The homehold team together with their leasehold Legal Services team have been absolutely fantastic in helping me complete my lease extension. They did everything for me and gave me regular weekly updates. I highly recommend them to anyone who is thinking in renewing their lease.

Linz and his team at Homehold managed my lease extension from start to finish giving me excellent advice and guidance every step of the way and helped me get a good settlement. The negotiations involved in extending a lease with a freeholder are stressful at times and the Homehold team were reassuring and calm in getting me to final completion. I highly recommend them.
