It was a complete pleasure working with HOBA TECH from the initial strategy call to delivery. They were very clear about the process and expectations of how we would partner together to develop our new future operating model, and how to actually implement it.
We had been down this path before and were a bit hesitant to do outside our usual big 4 consultants, but having wasted value time, money and missed opportunities on similar projects with them, we decided to go not go ahead with so called experts who can only talk about it, but real business transformation specialists and consultants that not only can demonstrate what we need to do, but teach us.
