DO NOT USE - Im currently disputing missing delivery of 200 worth of Obagi Treatment which I never got from Neo-Derm online shop. Order placed in January, Royal Mail claims it got delivered (showing random/not mine signature) and Neo Derm customer service is not updating me on any progree and when chased generic messages. When pushed they offered 10% off next order, same discoutny as they running the whole year publically. Whilst your order might come in time just know that if there are any problems- you will struggle. Even more, it looks like some of the goods they selling online should be prescription only, and they do not follow prescription protocol. Sadly, I do not recommend.

Ive been using this salon for over 5 years, amazing how you can pamper yourself head to toe under one roof! All therapists, Nermin, Yalda, Rina & Antonia are simply amazing

Neoderm is my second home! Really I dont always feel comfortable in hair and beauty salons because the atmosphere is not always inviting. But the girls here address all of your insecurities by being just so very lovely. Service is always professional and you are safe in their hands. I put my lashes in Nermins hands, my hair in Yalda and Renas and my nails in Antonias safe hands. I always leave feeling fabulous and have never looked back since coming here a few years ago. Nermin runs the business like a consummate professional and offers such a vast range of hair and beauty services you will not need - or want - to go anywhere else. Thank you
