Great hair and beauty one stop shop! Not only have my hair done here - coloured, cut with a superb blow dry - I also have gel nails as well - with a wide choice of colours - and done so well too. There is the added bonus of having relaxing facials and massages, eyelashes and threading - everything beauty under one roof. The service is over and above - they really know how to look after their clients. Love this place! Highly recommend it!

Generally, people leave a review most likely when they have a bad experience. Well this time it will be the same for me. I came in after looking at the website that described a very experienced colorist that could make you choose between not more than 300 colors!! I wasn't shy then to ask for something specific (color was only for the lower part of my hair). Let's not even talk about him, that jumps on your hair, doesn't even tell you hello or speak to you at all. Another client before me was complaining about her color, that the staff came to discuss around my head as if I was invisible. Can't hide that it made me very anxious. To cut a long story short, it was awful all along. From the beginning when my hair were brushed down to up way too much and I could see how much breakage I will have to face already, to the painful brushing and rough shower (you know the moment you're supposed to enjoy) to the terrible coloring and the ugly finish (the color hadn't taken everywhere but thankfully as it wasn't at all what I asked for!!) that left me with a mixture of bright pink/yellowish and gingerish hair! And a "rough" dry with a girl that put the hair dryer so close to my scalp that felt like burning the remaining hair that I had! Seriously what a joke.... My little experience left me with an incredibly expensive bill that didn't even include a blow dry !! I could see the bunches they were throwing away as they were saying "no darling don't worry" to my "did I lose many hair?".
