        Ive been trying for several days to make an appointment and wait for over 30 mins each time but nobody answers the phone. Terrible!

        Extremely poor service, Ive spent 6 weeks trying to register here. They still wont register me despite having presented an ID, emailed and phoned them back and forth multiple times. Really concerning given that my conditions have been worsening in the time trying to get just one appointment.

        I was registered at this medical center 3 months ago and I wasnt receiving a text saying Im registered so I decided to go to the office and ask for an update. Unfortunately my registration somehow got lost in the process still Im not sure what happened. I was told by the receptionist that she will take care of it after 3 months of waiting. I waited 1 more week and still no text; so I decided to go back again and this time a super lovely nice lady called Rachel helped me and like a miracle she found my registration and got me registered. Thank you Rachel.
