Gillan House Surgery

The (lack of) treatment I have received from this surgery is despicable. I was discharged from hospital that I had accessed through health insurance that has come to an end. They refused to communicate with the consultant or me. I have received several gaslighting emails and messages from administration and even one of the doctors. They have on several occasions refused to prescribe Sertraline claiming that they need a shared care plan which is incorrect. Alongside they have refused to acknowledge my ADHD diagnosis despite it coming from a leading consultant and have claimed that I must get a diagnosis from the NHS, which takes up to two years. to access my medication (despite already being on it and already receiving a prescription from them). I have had no support from the GP and as a result have had periods of no medication completely cold turkey and zero explanation. Avoid this surgery at all costs, they are completely incompetent at every level and wouldn't know the meaning of bedside manner or empathy. A complete disgrace.

This surgery is a joke spend ages on the phone then after 2 day's of trying to get through finally get a chance to talk to a receptionist which turned out to be a complete waste of my time in taking my sister to the surgery for her appointment only to be told no appointments were made the front of house are totally incompetent
