Great dealings with Squarepoint, firstly as a neighbour 4 years ago and then as appointing them as our own party wall surveyors. Great communication from both Eve in the office and our surveyor Adam. Highly recommended.

I had been hunting for a simple job that required a surveyors expertise, but had been struggling to find trust throughout my enquiries, until I spoke to Adam. The advice simply and honestly given by Adam on our first call was remarkable. His friendly but competent application and manner made it easy for me to hire him, and not only did he more than deliver on the required services, but his price was the most competitive I could find. First review for some time . Felt compelled to do it after receiving a great service from Squarepoint. We had a party wall issue and emotions were running high! Thankfully Scott was able to calm the situation with the other party, applying a compelling blend of experience and expertise which got us over the line and importantly allowed all parties to retain a constructive relationship going forward . This certainly wouldnt have happened without Scotts handling of the situation. Got lucky finding them, when compared to some of my friends experiences of other companies offering the same service. Feel like got a value for money a variety in todays world !

Very very Professional from initial contact to project completion. Scott and the team handled our project efficiently and effectively. With clear, open and honest communication. We had an extention built and total internal refurb to a Victoran style property this included accomodation for a paralysed disabled person. The project was completed in expected timelines and that was credit to Squarepoint pushing the work through. The team at Mitre, the builders, electricians, plumbers and decorators all had a great working relationship with Scott they were fantastic, they met all our demands. Even accomodated our changes in the middle of the project, spoke to our neighbors for Party wall. They helped and worked with us to make our home the way we wanted it, in the budget we had. Can not thank all of them enough. Would highly recommend Square Point for all projects.
