        We had been turned down by the council and we had lost our appeal, with two different architects and I was at my lowest but God sent Richard. Richard from our first meeting was reassuring and gave me hope which I really needed. He worked on different designs based on my brief but then he advised me on what he believed will give me more space that I was fighting for and he was confident that even if the council refused, we will win the appeal. I trusted him and he was right! We got approved! Thank you Richard
