I am writing to express my disappointment with the services provided by your accounting firm/individual practice. I hired your firm/individual services with the expectation of receiving quality and professional accounting services, but unfortunately, my experience has been unsatisfactory. Firstly, I have noticed a lack of attention to detail in the work provided by your accounting firm/individual practice. There have been several errors in the financial statements and tax returns prepared for me, which have caused me a great deal of stress and inconvenience. I have had to spend additional time and resources correcting these errors, which is not what I had in mind when I hired your services. Secondly, I have found the communication between your firm/individual practice and me to be poor. I have not received timely responses to my emails and phone calls, which has resulted in delays and confusion. I believe that communication is essential in any business relationship, and the lack of it has contributed to my overall dissatisfaction with your services. Finally, I am disappointed with the overall level of professionalism exhibited by your firm/individual practice. I had hoped for a more personalized and attentive service, but instead, I feel like just another client that is not receiving the attention and care they deserve. I am writing this complaint review in the hopes that you will take action to rectify the issues I have raised. I believe that it is essential to provide constructive feedback, and I hope that my experience can help you improve the services you provide to your clients.

Brilliant accountancy service. Fast responses and easy to work with. Always available on the phone when needed. Thandeka in particular and Andrea's team in general are fantastic at their jobs and so easy to work with!
