I was totally unaware that you had any problems since we spoke last November 2015 when you purchased the truck with significant discount and I would have preferred you to make contact with me directly rather than using social media so we could have the opportunity to resolve any issues.         I bought a forklift from Arena Group with the assurance that they would look after it. Everytime I ring to try to resolve an issue I just get fobbed off. I finally had to go elsewhere to get a new alternator fitted. I wouldn't recommend them!
