Dignity Pet Crematorium

Our cat Jerry was hit by a car in the night, the team at Dignity were incredible. They were fully booked all day but managed to get us in, they were compassionate, understood our situation and were brilliant from the get go. Thank you to the Dignity team for allowing us to give Jerry a final goodbye.

Disgusting lack of service and compassion. To call and be asked what order number my dog was was a disgrace. I left a message on Saturday with no apology or call back at all. I then called Tuesday today when my dog had past to be asked to hold for a receptionist if I didnt want to leave a message and after holding for 15mins was put through to a voice mail!! Dignity you have NO DIGNITY.. You have become a commercial uncaring business and it makes a customer when grieving feel as though the main objective of your company is no longer empathy nor a compassionate service to customers but a financial gain. You should feel ashamed of the service I have not be provided. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY..

Chris was amazing today when we had to say goodbye to our beloved boy Ziggy. Very grateful for all that you guys do to make the most difficult times of our lives, that little bit easier x

We have, sadly, had to use Dignity twice in the past. We lost both of our huskies (18 months apart) and the service from Dignity was amazing. The way that they treated our dogs, the way that they treated us, the compassion and communication was absolutely outstanding.
