I saw Nina for a sports massage to help with a painful neck, shoulder and tennis elbow. She took the time to take a detailed history and gave me a very thorough massage. Nina then contacted me afterwards to see how I was and to follow up with advice and gave exercise recommendations. Ill definitely go back if I need her again and would gladly recommend her.

Nina was absolutely fantastic, she was so Thorough with the whole consultation and was actually interested in what service I wanted. She was very professional and super friendly, would highly recommend her to anyone.

I found Nina on a google search as I was looking for a sports therapist to help with my painful shoulder. Im so pleased I went ahead and booked Nina. She is very welcoming and friendly and made me feel so relaxed. On my first visit she asked me about my pain and talked through with me what she was going to do. She then assessed my posture and started work on my shoulder and was assessing my pain all through out. When she had finished she gave me some exercise/stretches and some advice on what I could do to help my shoulder. Within a week my shoulder was back to normal and I could return to work. I was amazed!! I would highly recommend Nina, she works wonders. Thank you Nina!!

It certainly helped me with my sore back. I found Nina to be very professional and caring and will be having more massages to relieve the tension.
