Jayne was an absolute pleasure to work with on our recent recruitment drive, and managed to fill all 3 vacancies we had in record time! The main thing for me was trusting that Jayne really understood our business, our ethos and who we were looking for as candidates, and everyone she sent through absolutely ticked that box. What was even better, is that most of them were excited at the prospect of working for us before they'd even spoken to us, because Jayne had done such a great job of telling them about our company. Jayne's communication throughout the entire process was perfect, and I never felt out of the loop with what was happening and how the candidates were feeling. I highly recommend using Tate. They have all been sooooo so lovely and really helpful in every step with finding a job. Anything I needed they would be there. Amazing agency! Held my hand applying for (and getting) a fab new job. Very personal service, the first agency ive encountered that actually wanted to meet me! Emily was lovely and so approachable i felt like i was talking to a friend. Really took a lot of the stress and anxiety out of job hunting.
