Tried to enquire about a prescription and no one answered the phones after calling 5 times.

The staff here are just shocking. Three times failed to order an emergency prescription sent directly to them from the GP. This caused a weeks delay in treatment even though the hospital appointment was rushed through in two days. The staff dont bother to speak to you in person but yell through from the back of the shop so the whole queue can hear. Best avoided. Use Boots where pharmacy staff are courteous, discreet and professional.

Long queues. Only one person behind the counter no matter how busy. Nothing is ever ready for collection, they nearly always tell you to come back later. Why on earth don't they prepare prescriptions when they receive them?
