Mimi is a fantastic PT, she has exceptional knowledge in her field and helps you to set realistic goals and work towards them. My fitness levels have sored since training with her and shes always at the end of the phone if needed! I particularly like that she changes her programs frequently on your needs which is good for me as means I dont get bored! VOTE FOR MIMI oh I mean definitely check her out give it a go theres nothing to lose, and all to gain!

5 stars for sure! Mimi is amazing. Ive been working with her for a month now and I think she is fantastic. She has taken into account all my existing ailments and past injuries (of which there are many!) as well as listened to all my concerns and created a program especially for me. It plays to my strengths, whilst working on my weaknesses, and being mindful of certain movements/motions I struggle with. She is always smiling and full of positive encouragement which makes the hard work seem a little less hard. I highly recommend working with Mimi!

Before starting with Mimi, I was very sceptical of PT session in general. As a mum of three, working full time I wasn't sure I could manage. The sessions are tailored to challenge me but so enjoyable - I look forward to working with Mimi at every session. She is so personable, that the sessions make me feel better about myself, not only physically but mentally. If you are looking for a PT that is kind, caring but firm, Mimi is the one!
