I've been training with Steph for a few months now, and absolutely love it! The setting is relaxed and informal, and Steph's style is super enthusiastic and engaging. Each workout is perfectly tailored to the client to drive results, and importantly is also fun! Can't recommend Steph highly enough.

Steph has been my PT for the last 8 months and Ive enjoyed every bit of it. Steph has helped build up my strength, understood if I needed to recover certain parts of my body and pushed me whenever I needed it.

Steph is great! I needed to lose a stone and some inches for my wedding, she got my diet in check straightaway and was always there to give me advice if I was starting to wobble a little on the healthy eating. She also gave me great advice on my exercise and helped me make sure I had a good balance of cardio and core workouts. I made goal by my wedding, my dress fitted and I was so pleased with how I looked! Thank you Steph for everything!

Steph is amazing and I would definitely recommend her to others in a heartbeat!! Id been looking around for a PT for a while, but where I am not a huge gym person, I kept putting off committing to anyone. Then I came across Steph and I am so glad I did! Her communication has always been incredibly fast, helpful and friendly and shes made me feel completely at ease around her from the beginning. I also love how she works out of Castle Fitness too, its a fantastic smaller setting, whilst still providing all the high-quality equipment youd need - literally my ideal, as it took away any kind of intimidation or embarrassment Id have felt walking into a busy gym. Ive only been working with Steph for a month so far, but Ive already felt the benefits of having access to her knowledge, accountability and encouragement and our sessions are quickly becoming a highlight that I look forward to each week. Thank you Steph!

Cant recommend Steph highly enough, especially for rehab training. Her professionalism, guidance and above all her enthusiasm made the daunting prospect of retraining after injury less of a challenge and actually fun. Her attention to detail is superb. Thank you so much Steph.
