I've trained here throughout pregnancy too and they were amazing at adapting what I was doing as I got further along.
Would highly recommend for anyone looking for a personalised work out in a welcoming environment.

Ive learnt an enormous amount about strength, how the body functions and nutrition. MV/FIT is an incredibly welcoming environment and Id recommend it to anyone who wants to get healthier, be stronger or just feel more energised.

Amazing coaches that actually LISTEN! They also remember all sorts of stuff about you, like where you have an injury etc so you dont need to fear the gym/equipment/pressure. The workouts are group personal training, but small, and have the best of both worlds. Group = fun, sociable, motivational and occasionally competitive (in a fun way!) but also genuinely PT, not just lip service. They honestly work with your goals, abilities, issues, and push you to be fitter, stronger, better in a really safe way. I absolutely love it and cant recommend it highly enough!
Oh and results: I have also lost weight, got strong, feel happy!!
