I had a bad design done in one of my nails in another nail salon and was desperate to get it fixed asap. Not only did they take me in very last minute without an appointment but the woman that fixed it for me did her very best for almost nothing. I didnt get her name but Im very grateful. Thank you x

I have gone to these technicians a number of times before and always had an overall okay experience with the same lady, however this time I was with someone different and it was very apparent that she was rushing me. (which would have been understandable due to me being the last session of the day, but is worth noting considering the rest of the experience) I asked for a tapered square, I got what can only be described as a very botched square, the mistake in shaping would have been ok and I would have chalked it up to her not hearing me correctly but every nail is a different length and shape, with a lot of them being very uneven and flaring out at the end. I sometimes do my nails myself but I decided to get them done professionally today so I wouldnt have to worry about them looking ok, since I would assume a professional should be able to make them look almost perfect. If I had paid any more then I would definitely be asking for at least a partial refund. Services: Nail extensions, Manicure
