        Absolutely appalling customer services from Cliff. Had to lodge a formal complaint which has been escalated through their complaints procedure. Was not only appalling, but was offensive. Another member of public had to intervene due to his absolute rudeness. Great network, let down by this one person.

The company I was with were making it virtually impossible for me to access what I needed to complete the necessary to leave them!
