        Absolutely shocking service, constantly what ever number you call it goes to voicemail, was also told I'd have a tree surgeon booked to come at 10am this morning no one has turned up. The mobile number the person called from, no answer, neither direct lines putting in a formal complaint

        After the 4th call to Biffa with no answer I tried the council offices for help. Very unhelpful girl said no she can't help and no there was no manager to speak to. Gave me an email address to try! No wonder large waste gets dumped! At least you could bother to train your staff in customer service and how a bit helpful and interested.
