    apparently a year ago DEFRA were served a petition on pulse fishing which is decimating the oceans and no action taken - in fact EEC is apparently reducing laws regulating it. Leaves a load of dead fish in its wake that just rot and may also affect breeding potential. Sounds like something that needs urgent action!
