Our search for an electrician has been really hard! No responses and no quotes returned from multiple tradespeople. Sarah was fantastic at contacting me, was flexible with fitting me in and was great with communication. We have a house that has old and rather unusual wiring - this has stumped other less experienced electricians. Sarah came up with a plan which was cost considerate and sensible, she was transparent and honest about the job. Sarah kept me informed of the changes to the plan wed discussed and completed a job that wasnt straight forward. Great services, cant fault it. Very responsive to request to review issue with light in overhead extractor fan. Assessed and ascertained problem, agreed together that repair of fitting would be better for environment than replacement of whole unit. Arranged further appointment and fixed in good time. I really appreciate Sarah's no-nonsense honesty and openess about the jobs she helps with. I'd be very happy to recommend her for any work that needs doing. Service: Light fixture repair

Sarah investigated a lighting fault caused by a careless workman who was fixing our flat roof. She soon discovered that the cable had been sawn through and bypassed it with a new cable. She also installed some new light fittings and security lights. A very thorough job.
