        Lee really helped me today. He didn't initially know the answer to my problem but he took me round the store and we discussed various options until we solved the problem. Haven't had brilliant customer service like that in years! Thanks again Lee!

        After using this retailer for several years I will not be going again. I had to call three times and go in twice to follow up on an order. Today I opened the down lighters to find that bevels were not included and on returning to store they do not stock them. Why did you not say when I purchased? Who puts in downlighters without the plastic surround. No wonder people shop on the internet
