Hampshire County Council Adult Services

I cannot believe how bad this service is. My husband has been waiting 8 months to be allocated a social worker in order for him to be moved to a different nursing home. When you ring the message is always the usual 'due to a high volume of calls blah blah blah'. Does no one care?

Not fit for purpose, utter disgrace both childrens and adults. They couldnt careless. How do they sleep at night. Why they are not under investigation is beyond me!!! Not worth a single star!!

I've phoned them 40 times already and would give them no stars if it was an option. The place you DON'T want to go if you need a safeguarding referral made or any follow up on your existing case. They couldn't care less!!!

Adult Health and Care - poor answering system/customer service. Kept being cut off after waiting a number of minutes listening to music, when I did get through and tried to politely explain there might be an issue....the person on the other end was not interested and just went on to ask how they could help

Every adult social care invoice I receive is wrong. No one gets back to me and it is hugely frustrating.
