        Tried to get through to Adult services today with an on going open enquiry. called, left waiting an hr on hold no one answered. rang call back service gave enquiry number. got call back then got cut off. she called again just a minute ago cut off again. what is wrong with this outdated county council.

        I would give a zero star if possible I believe the Ombudsman found this council guilty of injustice towards my family

        No communication following report of very large pothole, needed replacement tyre, only been replaced 3 days before, no response as promises to the email, not acknowledging the issue and my request for compensation , please respond asap.
