        I wish I could write a positive review but I really can't. My laptop was not fixed but put back to factory settings - presented to me the only option. All data & software was lost & a data transfer undertaken-- not explained very well so I was unable to use it. I had paid 80 but was told in week 3 that there were others ahead of me in the queue - initially I'd been given an estimate of several days. I gave up after the replies to my emails became increasingly irritable. There may be technical explanations for the computer issues but the communication & customer care was disappointing. This is a shame as Oscar started off very friendly & positive.
