John delivers an excellent service, best cleaning, and most reliable I have ever had. He has never let us down and goes to considerable length to deliver the regular cleaning job. I consider the negative reviews here very unfair and I'm sure this is a small minority of his customer base. Disgruntled people always resort to revenge on public review sites... Service: Cleaning

I see the negative reviews on here & I'm a little surprised. I've been using Cheerful Char since my son was born, so nearly 2 years now, and haven't had any problems. My particular cleaner, Carol, is wonderful. When she's out, other cleaners come instead; sometimes it's even the owner. They've always been accommodating of my schedule as well.

Came round to check the house, the day before we had a baby, then promised to ring to arrange a cleaning session. This was important to us as we knew we needed the support after our first child was born. Waited a week. Nothing, called them back, they appolagised, agreed to call us back to get a session booked in. Two weeks later still no call back. We called again. Then they said they were worried about there being a dog in the house. Would have been so much better to let us know immidiatly, so we could have got someone else in. Perfect timing for xmas. Inconsiderate to the extreme.
