I ordered on behalf of a family member as they were unwell and once jade garden found out where the order was for they were very rude and disrespectful. The lady on the phone was talking to someone in the kitchen and I heard everything that was being said. My family are very quiet respectful people and to hear someone be rude about them and towards them is unacceptable. While on the phone I let it go and continued with the order but on reflection I should of spoke up. Once I ended my call I spoke to my family and they confirmed that's how staff at this takeaway talk to them. If you don't want someone's custom don't take their order! More importantly don't be rude about them on the phone! That being said the order did arrive and it was good quality. Your customer service/interaction needs alot of improvement.
