I'm super excited to write a glowing review for Projects, this awesome restaurant in Winchester that serves up the perfect mix of healthy yet comforting food with a cool indie vibe. It's the ideal spot to catch up with pals over brunch or grab a coffee and sweet treat. The menu at Projects is a winner because it's got a good balance of interesting yet familiar dishes with many that are vegan and vegetarian-friendly, so you don't have to miss out on the fun. Plus, the staff are really friendly and enthusiastic, which makes for a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere (and gives the impression that they are treated well by management ). Aside from the delicious food and very good coffee, Projects also sells vintage stuff, handcrafts, antiques, houseplants, clothing, those backpacks that hipsters love (IYKYK), greeting cards, and re-fillable eco-friendly household stuff - it's a total treasure trove of cool and quirky stuff you won't find anywhere else. It's the best spot to pick up unique and earth-friendly gifts. All in all, Projects is a real gem that's not your run-of-the-mill restaurant or cafe, and it's not run by some big corporate chain trying to make a quick buck, or a venture capitalist funded/property developer enterprise masquerading as a hip, indie joint (so common in Winchester unfortunately ). It's the real deal, and it's an amazing spot to hang out and grab a bite to eat. If you're looking for a spot with authentic vibes and delicious food, make sure you give Projects a visit. Vegetarian options: Plenty of vegan/vegetarian options
